Hello (Hi!) & Wellcome to Flourish: I am a licensed psychologist with specialty training in health psychology. I have worked as a psychologist embedded within medical settings for 15 years before opening my private practice. I am also a community leader, an educator, and an athlete. Through all of these experiences, my inspiration is firmly rooted in my enduring passion about mind and body connections to create holistic healing. And so, with the combination of empirically based treatments, your innate strengths, and motivation, we, working together, create your individualized road map. Please note individual responses to therapy may vary based on several factors. Presently I offer individual sessions.
